Processing time is 3–7 business days, and shipping typically takes 3–8 business days within the U.S. Most orders arrive within 6–15 business days from purchase.

Digital journals are delivered instantly via email after checkout.

Can I return my journal?

Because physical journals are printed to order, we accept returns only for damaged or defective items. If your journal arrives with an issue, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

Digital downloads are final sale, but we’re happy to help if you experience technical issues.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. If a physical journal arrives defective, we will replace it.
