Returns & Refund Policy

At Maiden Magick, each physical journal is printed to order and created especially for you. Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, our return policy differs slightly from traditional retail.

Please read carefully before purchasing.

Physical Journals (Paperback & Hardcover)

All physical journals are printed on demand.

Returns

We accept returns only for defective or damaged items.

If your journal arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Misprinted

  • Missing pages

  • With a binding defect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address].

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the defect

If approved, we will provide a replacement copy at no additional cost.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Minor variations in print color

  • Shipping delays outside our control

Because each journal is printed specifically for you, we are unable to restock returned items.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If your item arrives defective, we will replace it rather than exchange it.

Digital Journals

All digital journal purchases are final sale.

Due to the instant and downloadable nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the file has been delivered.

If you experience:

  • Corrupted files

  • Download issues

  • Technical errors

Please contact us and we will promptly provide a working replacement file.

Order Cancellations

Orders for physical journals may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, the journal may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.
