Pick one thing you do every day.

Coffee, hair, dishes, whatever. For just one moment, instead of zoning out, zone in and do it with intention.

As you do your thing, actually think about what you want more of... joy, luck, beauty, money, sleep, pizza, sanity. Stir that energy in with every circle, brush it in, scrub it in, whatever fits. Visualize it. Yes, really! Try it! As you do your thing, try to picture what you want in your head,like a mini daydream:

  • Stirring coffee? Imagine pouring in bright golden “health” or little green “money” sparkles, like you’re making a weird magical latte.

  • Brushing your hair? Pretend every stroke is adding glossy confidence, or brushing off yesterday’s stress like dust bunnies.

  • Folding laundry? See yourself folding in peace or good vibes—maybe the towels actually glow (hey, it’s your vision).

No need for perfect details, if you can picture it for a second, you’re doing it right. And hey, if you totally forget and end up doom-scrolling or mainlining caffeine like it’s your job? Same. Nobody’s magickal 24/7. But, truly, the days I remember, I swear everything feels more magickal.

But the days I remember to do this (just for a moment) I really do feel lighter, even if the coffee’s burnt and I’m wearing socks from two different decades. If you forget and end up doom-scrolling or chugging caffeine like it’s your side hustle, congrats, you’re human. Just try again tomorrow!
