Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final. If you experience technical issues, please contact us and we will assist you.
4. Physical Products
Physical journals are printed to order.
Processing and shipping times are estimates and may vary.
We accept returns only for damaged or defective items. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or minor variations in color due to printing differences.
