Let me tell you something about me real quick: I am not a skincare girl.
I mean, I want to be. The vision board version of me has a whole glowing routine, poreless skin, and probably owns a jade roller and something that like… buzzes or glows. Why I chose these 2 products specifically & what they are…
I was seeing a skincare line promising a simple 2 step routine, and that sounded.. pretty dang ideal for dipping my toe into skincare and getting into a routine in the long run. The system I was previously looking at had some questionable practices, and even more questionable price tags. So after lots of research to find a similar set up, I found something even better than I could’ve hoped for, Earth Harbor!

Literally, I had no sensitivities or issues at all (and my skin loves being uncooperative).

THIS is what I’ve been most excited about (so far, retinol takes time).
I hate moisturizer. The greasy feeling triggers me. I've abandoned approximately one hundred jars after using them only a handful of times.
Mermaid Milk is different. Weightless, fast-absorbing, no grease, no residue. My first thought when I applied it was "uhhh, my face feels tight." I looked it up and it said firming and I was suddenly clutching my pearls and like a southern grandma proclaiming “well… I NEVER!”
My skin has been SO dry and uneven lately (I collect auto immune disorders) and this is actually moisturizing it, and for SO much longer than the last moisturizer I could almost stand.
